This means that you equip the first two screen segments with screens of the same mesh size and the third segment with a different mesh size. You can use conveyor belts to discharge material from under the screen. Our solution with interchangeable screens also allows for the use of special perforated plate screens. This makes the MDS MIDI a versatile trommel screen machine for soil, suitable for various materials. The foldable underframe allows for easy handling and transport of the screening machine. A coarse sieve on the hopper ensures that larger pieces of material, which could damage the drum, do not enter it. The screening machine is equipped with a rotating brush for cleaning the drum. Thanks to the adjustable drum speed and the ability to adjust the vanes for material displacement within the drum, the maximum screening efficiency of the MDS MIDI drum screen can be set for most material types. Compost, soil, sand, plastic, household waste, and other materials – our MDS MIDI can sort it all. The MDS MIDI drum screen for soil weighs only 1200 kg. Thanks to the foldable chassis, it can be easily transported on a trailer behind a passenger car. This screen is suitable for loaders with a bucket width of up to 190 cm and a volume of approximately 0.9 m³.
