MOBILE STAINMANN GROUND MIXING PLANT A soil mixing plant is a technique with which bitumen and cement-soil mixtures are produced. It is designed to produce the basis of the roadway, as well as to perform a number of other related works. The advantages of STAINMANN equipment are high performance and low energy consumption. ADVANTAGES:  continuous weight dosage of the filler, which allows to achieve more accurate materials;  the process of dosing water is carried out by a flow meter with a minimum error;  inert materials are supplied according to the specified proportions;  feeders are used for feeding, in which frequency-controlled drives are provided;  to control the equipment, a microprocessor system is provided, which allows for automatic operation of the equipment;  Technical and logical interlocks are built into the system, there is a database of recipes and the statistics of the product operation is stored.
