ASP-1000 Automatic Packing Station for packing concrete elements (paving stones, blocks, curbstones etc) on Euro Pallet. Automatic cubing station for concrete pavers, concrete curbstones, hollow and solid blocks and other concrete products. Automatic stacking device-cubing station for concrete products is most important part of concrete products handling and transfer systems in concrete product’s plant. Advantages of our cuber are his compact dimensions and versatility. Maximum height is 3,5m and width 2,9m, so it can be placed in relatively small production space. ASP-1000 cuber is universal and versatile so it can be integrated in almost any new or existing line for production of concrete products. ASP-1000 Concrete elements packing station, have its own control cabinet and commands can be performed directly on cuber, or command system can be integrated in existing line for concrete products. Lifting of cuber’s clamps-grippers is performed by means of hydraulic power pack and left-right movements are electrically powered, as well as, clamps-gripper rotation of 180 degrees.もっと表示する
