The three-deck screen surface is 6.1 x 1.525 meters. The entire machine unit has undergone a complete refurbishment: All drums, clutches, rollers, bearings, and springs have been replaced. 80% of the belts have been replaced. The transfer chutes have been refurbished. Most of the hydraulic hoses have also been replaced. The 95 kW Caterpillar engine has been inspected and fitted with a new water pump and generator. A new belt scale has been installed, providing performance data accessible via the internet. An automatic greasing system has been added to ensure proper lubrication of the bearings without relying on the operator’s discretion. A rotary base has been installed for the 0/4 stockpile conveyor, allowing a fan-shaped movement that enables the deposition of approximately 1,500-1,800 tons of sand without requiring a loader. The stockpile conveyor’s gearbox, motor, and travel drive system have been refurbished. The belt and all rollers have been replaced. The pump and electric motor supplying water to the classification system have been refurbished. This complete classification system delivers a real capacity of 150 tons/hour, while the dehydrator has a capacity of approximately 80-90 tons/hour.
