Fitted with CAT C4.4 Engine, 2 deck 3 way split scalping screen, 16ft x 5ft (4.8m x 1.5m) Twin Deck heavy duty Screenbox producing 3 x screened products. Fingers installed on Top Deck (60mm Spacings) and 40mm mesh installed on Bottom Deck currently, we can obtain or install new mesh at additional cost. This screener comes with Belt Feeder and large hopper with folding hopper sides, All belts in good condition and all fully hydraulic folding. We can supply additional fingers or mesh for the top deck/bottom deck at additional cost if required. Catwalks all around screenbox area for ease of serving. The McCloskey R155 High Energy Screener is a tough, robust screening tool designed to cope with the heaviest of applications. With the ability to handle some of the worst, untreated construction and demolition waste, the R155 can minimize material pre-handling and provide clean end products. The R155 has proven to be extremely effective across a wide range of applications. With a screening area of 155 ft² across the High Energy Screenbox – the largest in its class – the R155 has impressed operators across applications like site reclamation, construction and demolition waste, working with difficult materials such as heavy rock, sticky clay and fines, and boulder clay.
