Atlas Copco NITROGEN GENERATOR NGM4400 In stock and ready to work. This machine has had many important upgrades and modifications at our own Nitrogen production facility to modernize it therefore making its serviceability and usability more inline with new machines being produced today. Some of these upgrades include: • New Siemens KP400 model controller • New software • Rebuilt the automated membrane bank selection to a manual operatable membrane bank selection • Flow Control valve fitted with selection between manual regulated pilot air pressure or automatic pilot air pressure • Oxygen Analyzer changed to an existing Atlas Copco part • The Heater was fitted with 6 new internal PT100 probes All this also comes with: • New Quick start guide • New Operation manual including full working principle and guidance through software parameters and settings • Updated electrical wiring diagram, piping and instrumentation diagram and Calculation Tool
