However, we have also paid attention to the ''extras'' that make working with the machine even more enjoyable and straightforward. The control system of the machine is developed by ourselves based on the experiences and input of users. The machine is operated by a 10’’ Parker IQAN computer. This system, equipped with a large touch screen and color screen, gives the user all the information he needs. This operating terminal can be placed on the machine for stationary use or in the tractor for mobile use. The machine is standard equipped with LED working lights, camera system and external controls to quickly perform important actions. The machine is also equipped with an automatic Lincoln oil & grease lubrication system.

With the introduction of this game-changer in the market, the KNOLL MultiBaler XL, Knoll B.V. extend the range of MultiBalers to 3 models (820 / 1220 / XL). ---- A MultiBaler like no other! ---- The introduction of this new flagship, the KNOLL MultiBaler XL doors are opened to provide a new dimension in the market of processing chopped and shredded materials. The KNOLL MultiBaler XL leads the way in terms of engineering and performance. Developed to break the rules of conventional design. The KNOLL MultiBaler XL is a machine for the demanding professional user who expects durability and quality. We have translated this into a machine that is suitable for both agricultural and industrial use. ---- New development based on proven technology ---- In comparison with the already existing models 820 & 1220, we returned to the drawing board and started with a blank design. The construction and deployment is derived from the existing MultiBalers 820 & 1220, however the machine is completely new designed. ---- New bale chamber design, large size round bales ---- The basis is a bale chamber, equipped with 17 HD chamber-rolls in combination with two '''PowerGrip-4'' belts. These patented chamber belts prevent material losses during baling. The machine is also equipped with return system over the full-length of the machine. The bale chamber, has been developed based on years of experience and application in the industrial sector. This system is composed of wear-resistant materials and has more than proven its class here. The wrapping system is a trusted and reliable system from Agronic Finland. The MultiBaler XL makes bales with a diameter of 100-115cm (variable) and a width of 120cm. Depending on material type and condition, the machine produces bales of 500-1350kg. The bale chamber is hydraulically driven by a planetary gearbox. This hydraulically adjustable drive system ensures an optimal regulation of the speed of the bale chamber belt, adaptable to every situation. From the bunker with a capacity of 8.00m3, the material is fed to the bale chamber by a sloping infeeding conveyor. The MultiBaler XL is equipped with two dosing augers, which ensure optimum material distribution. This makes the machine suitable for processing various short and long material types. **Mobile and stationary use, capacity guaranteed!** The KNOLL MultiBaler XL is a machine that is multifunctional. The machines are used to process mainly corn, chopped grass, TMR, MKS, alfalfa, hemp, beet pulp, GPS etc. In addition to stationary use, mobile usability was an important aspect in the development of this new model. By using the MultiBaler XL in a mobile way, several work steps can be combined, which immediately results in labour savings and higher efficiency.
